Here are the inventory statistics for the Pearl in April.
What is interesting to me is the value of particular buildings changing. You can see that some properties which entered the market more than 6 months ago sat because they were priced too high for the current absorption rate. Now, the market has heated up, as there is less than 1 month of inventory. Prices are soaring based on low inventory.
